Personality Interview)

SEL
(Sukun Executive League) is a futsal league
that is hold by cigarette factory,
Sukun in Kudus. This competition is presented to all people who live in Kudus. That
is why I am going to interview a player who joins in this competition as player of Tehnik UMK named Da’ul.
Me: Good morning
Daul: Good morning
Me: Mr. Daul,
you are joining in SEL, right?
Daul: Yes, of course
Me: OK, I am going to interview you right now
Daul: Sure
Me: How many times do you join in this
competition?
Daul: Twice
Me: What seasons?
Daul: 2013-2014 and 2014-2015
Me: So, how many trophies that your team got?
Daul: Never. We only finished in seven and thirteen
position, so we didn’t get
any trophy.
Me: So, I can say that this competition is
difficult, isn’t
it?
Daul:
Exactly. There are sixteen clubs in this
competition. Most of them are big teams and also has experienced on it
Me: In what month this competition begin?
Daul: Start in October 2014 and ended on April 2015
Me: What experiences do you get in this
competition?
Daul: So many.
Me: Actually, what is your aim here?
Daul: We want to get experience here although we do not get a trophy. It is bettter for us
who has many young players
in a club
Me: In 2013-2014 season, you and your team
finished in seven position, but in 2014-2015 your team finished in thirteen
position. Is there any mistake or something like that?
Daul: No, it is
just
because our senior players
moved to another club
Me: Oh I see. Is it related to trophy or salaryfor
them?
Daul: It could be. Both, I think
Me: Oh I got your point. In every competition
we can find unfairly game, right? How about in SEL competition?
Daul: Yes you are right. In tis SEL competition too
Me: Like what?
Daul: Tricking their identity such as players who
do not live in Kudus, change their identity as
Kudus person.
Me: Is there any punishment about it?
Daul: No
Me: So, it is legal?
Daul:
Legal or not that is the fact. They do
not get a punishment and still joining
in competition
Me: OK. Thankyou for your time Mr. Daul. The
last, what is your hope for your team and this competition?
Daul: I hope my team will grow better. As you can
see that my team is in transition
era. In future, we hope that we win a
trophy. Then, for SEL
competition I hope there is no unfairly game more. Next, SEL can be
consistent to hold this competition annually

Daul: OK, my pleasure
That
is all my dialogue with Mr. Daul who is player of Tehnik UMK. Good and bad in
competition is a common things. An important thing is about keep trying and
never give up. Then, a sponsor should has commitment to hold a competition
every year to train players skill. It is not only that, but also the sponsor
should decrease and omit the unfairly
game.

The personality interview
Personality
interview aims to let interviewer reveal his character, his personality, through
his own words. I have interviewed him. His full name is Muhammad Fidaul Haq. He
is one of futsal player from Tehnik UMK club. I interviewed him about futsal
competition in Kudus. According to his answer, he is a calm person. It is
depicted from his simple answer in this interview. Then, he is a passive
person. It is proved by him that he never start to speak before the interviewer
give him a question.
He is
loyal person. He does not move to another club like what his friend does. He
keep staying with club to give experience for his friend. It means that he is a
friendly person. As a member in competition, he can be categorized as honest
person. It is difficult to find someone who join competition, but he has
bravery to reveals the bad point in that competition. He hopes that the
competition will be better in future without any unfairly game. Finally, I conclude
that he is a good person.
I
think that is all about my analysis to the interviewee. I conclude that he is a
calm person, passive, loyal, friendly, honest, and good person, so we need
people like him for a better future.
